As we all know that some people achieve a lot in a very short time and without working too hard they are called smart workers and on the other side, some hard workers spend a lot of time and effort. Even though they are not able to achieve that much, what is the difference, due to which smart workers can achieve more quickly? This is because of the way they work, smart people work smartly. Smart work Vs Hard work
- "Strategy or planning is the biggest difference between hard work and smart work", if you do anything without strategy or planning, your chances of becoming successful are very low.
- Strategy or planning must be based upon the reality that must be understood correctly.
- Plan based upon understanding the ground-level situation, plans, or strategies is made at the base of the ground-level situation. Many people do planning but do not understand reality as they seem right, they make strategies based on it. When you make a plan by understanding deeply, then there is a strong possibility that the plan is full proof.
- If you make planning or strategy by understanding reality, then clarity and confidence will be more. Because after this you will know very clearly what you are doing and if it is not so, then you need to understand reality more. The mind needs to be clear because if your mind is confused, then your plan will be made according to others.
- Smart work means that even the toughest tasks should be made easier. It should feel like you don't have to put in any effort. Just like you have to take care of your fitness for which you will have to exercise but you do not have an interest in the gym, then you can achieve your fitness goal through dance or any sports in which you have an interest.
- You have to go to the root of the problem. Like there is a tree and you are cutting every branch of it, it will take a lot of time and maybe grow again until you cut its root. So you have to find the root of your problem so that your work ends quickly and you do not have to work too hard.
