The first thing is to understand why to stop overthinking, it is not a bad thing.  In the past, as many scientists have become, they used to think more than you.  Did not think less.  Thinking more is not a problem, thinking is not a problem because if you stop thinking then what will be the difference between you and the animals.  We are different from animals because of our thinking.  We can think, we can save ourselves from animals by thinking.  Animals cannot save themselves by thinking because they have no plan how to escape from humans.  Thinking wrong is the problem.  Right thinking is not a problem because with the help of right thinking you will find solutions for your life.

      What is Right or Wrong Thinking?

  • How to decide what is wrong and what is right?  Maybe you feel something is wrong but for me it is right, you have to feel something right but for me it is wrong.  Right thinking means clear thinking. "What is based on belief is all wrong thinking. What is based on reality is right thinking".  Do we know on whom our Beliefs are based?  Beliefs are based on our illusions and where there is reality, there is no need for any belief. For example: -Do you have to believe you are alive?  Do you have any doubt that you are alive or not.  No, because you know its reality not a belief.  So there is no place of belief in reality.
  • Belief is needed where you have to believe something and wherever you believe anything which is not reality, there has to be confusion.
  • Ever think what you think on the basis of beliefs or on the basis of reality?  Because if we think on the basis of reality then our mind becomes clear. Confusions and conflicts do not occur in this mind.  Conflicted mind is called problematic mind. A mind in which there is no conflict is called a clear mind.

       How to Clear Your Mind?

  • "Whatever you want to say, speak on the basis of reality, whatever you want to think, think on the base of reality". We have to understand the difference between belief and reality.  If you can understand that, then we can find a solution to this overthinking problem.  Which i am 100% sure you all have a problem.
  • There is a confusion in our mind that the person who lives with us is good or bad?  So the first thing is that they are good as well as bad.  There is no one in the world who is just good or just bad.  There is evil in the best of the good and there is good in the bad as well.  But the base on which you are thinking good and bad for them is not necessarily true.  That illusion can also happen.  So how is it to know whether it is reality or illusion?  You will find out by spending time with them.  Whether you ask directly or indirectly ask depending upon your relationship.  It will be known that it was reality or belief.  Do not let anything lie in your mind, solve it.
  • For anyone, if you have a bad feeling in your mind, have a bad thought, want to harm someone, then understand that you cannot be happy, it will not matter to that person.
  • We just have to clear our mind.  It is possible that a person does not talk to you all his life, never forgive you, then what to do in that condition?  Then you have to forgive yourself.  You have to understand that the mistake is sometimes made by a human being.
  • Never compare yourself to anyone.  Because this will either increase your ego or will down your self-esteem.  Do not consider yourself less than anyone nor more.
